Problem: I found that a client was wasting 1-2 full days of their employee's time entering invoices into QuickBooks Enterprise. They were different for different customers and different items, so not possible to set up as recurring.
Solution: I suggested and implemented a new method on how to enter them in bulk. I used data extracted from client's other database, adding some Excel formulas to enable the import. This saves a full day of work per month entering hundreds of invoices.
Problem: A business was struggling with catching up on cc batches, and how to match and keep track of each and every one. As a result, they were behind with over 12,000 deposits.
Solution: I built a new beautiful system on Google sheets which made it a breeze. The system had all transactions sorted by amount, enabled labeling each one quickly, and showed totals of the batches real vs reconciled through advanced formulas. This enabled the client to get their books in shape quickly, saved countless hours, and enabled easy collaboration and outsourcing of the data reconciliation process.
Problem: I found that a client was spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on marketing without having a method to track results.
Solution: I pulled data from multiple sources and sorted them with advanced formulas, which enabled us to gain a clear insight of marketing vs sales over a period of a few years. The results were astonishing.
